NEMA Contactor and NEMA Motor Starter, Type S, nonreversing, enclosure, NEMA Size 00, 0, 1, 8903SM lighting, NEMA 3R
Type S nonreversing magnetic contactors are used to switch heating loads, capacitors, transformers, and electric motors where overload protection is provided separately. Type S non-reversing magnetic NEMA motor starters are for motor control applications. 8903S lighting contactors are for lighting control applications. This enclosure is for 8502S non-reversing NEMA contactors or 8536S non-reversing NEMA motor starters Size 0 or 1. This enclosure is also for 8903SM multipole lighting contactors. This NEMA 3R sheet steel enclosure is painted grey. The enclosure has three conduit knockouts. They are 0.50 inch, 0.75 inch and 1.00 inch. Enclosure is 12.30 inches tall, 8.83 inches wide and 7.12 inches deep.
