Type S NEMA reversing magnetic starters are used for full voltage starting, stopping, and reversing AC squirrel cage motors. NEMA 8736 reversing starters are available in NEMA Sizes 00 to 7 and have ratings up to 810 amperes. NEMA reversing starters consist of two 8502S NEMA contactors that are mechanically and electrically interlocked and an overload relay. Sizes 0-5 reversing starters are available in either horizontal or vertical arrangements. This reversing starter is arranged vertically. This 3 pole NEMA Size 1 reversing starter has an 27 ampere rating. This three phase NEMA Size 1 reversing starter has 7.5 HP at 200 and 230 VAC and 10 HP at 460 and 575 VAC ratings.
